The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) wishes to alert members of the public to a press release issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited relating to fraudulent websites and phishing emails, which have been reported to the HKMA.

The bank's press release says:

"DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“The Bank”) would like to alert our customers and the public of fraudulent email sent from an email address "noreply@mail[.]invoicehero[.]net”, which purports to be from the Bank. The email claims that the recipient's digital token has been expired and lures the recipient into clicking on the following suspicious link for resetting digital token. Public should be aware of these fraudulent email and websites.

Please note that the official website of DBS in Hong Kong is www.dbs.com.hk. The bank has no connection to the fraudulent email and fraudulent websites. We have reported the matter to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority."
