Couple jailed for smuggling migrants in a sofa.

The Fullwoods were stopped by UK Border Force officers in the UK Control Zone in Coquelles, France in 2019. They told officers that they had been to Lille to buy furniture and there were, indeed, two sofas in their van. But hidden in the sofas were two Iraqui men who were being willingly smuggled into the UK.
Investigators connected Ahmadi to the Fullwoods through telephone records and financial transactions.
